It's a character meme. XD
I do these so that I can better understand my characters. This one is a great example of me exploring characters and finally getting certain personality ticks down on paper. A lot of these guys are really old and are being revamped, but a couple of them are totally new to me and need more developing. This is all from Neopets. I've had stories based off of my accounts and pets for years, and I'm finally giving them all structure. (Grappling with the idea of a fic or a comic or something, but I'm not working on it right away.) I guess I should put what species everyone below is since I have humans and pets integrated. << Anyway, these answers are long and drawn out. It was just for fun and exploration. ^^

1. Divide the list up by even and odd. Which group of five would make a better Five Man Band (like a Power Rangers team)? Who would you slot in each position: Leader, Second in Command, Big Guy, Smart Guy, The Chick?

Team A: Lieano, Kalypso, Mellow, Lylac, Yoigo
Team B: Todd, Zipp, Yuui, Noble, Future

Definitely Team A would be the better team. Team B may have Zipp and Noble, but the also have Yuui and Future, the later of which would purposely screw everything up just for fun. lol Team B's good. Even though it's a bunch of girls...And Yoigo. XD; [So really just a bunch of girls lol]

Leader: Lieano (That was tough, between her and Lylac) ; Zipp
Second in Command: Lylac ; Noble
Big Guy: Mellow ; Future
Smart Guy: Kaly ; Todd
The Chick: Yoigo (You'd think Mellow would be the chick since she's so...Posh. But at least she's aggressive. << ; Yuui

2. Gender-swap 2, 8 & 10. Which character would have the most change in their story arc? Which the least? Would any of these characters have to have a complete personality change to be believable as the opposite sex?

Todd, Noble and Future are suddenly all girls. Omg. Heck. Yes.
The character with the most change would probably be...Todd, I guess. Future was a close one, but really just his personality would change. Todd actually grapples with the idea of having feelings for another guy, and if he was a girl, well Sierra would be irrelevant in the first story, and his relationship with Zipp would have much less meaning and angst behind in the second. (Hell it probably would've started sooner.) Plus he wouldn't ever have that mentor relationship with Craig. He'd probably look up to Lieano. (Or Mellow, god forbid.)
Noble would be effected the least. He would just turn into a kick ass girl. I don't see any gender switching changing his attitude toward life or his duty his friends. (And Yoigo. Even as a girl, he'd be the man in the relationship.)
Future would have the biggest personality change. Future is kinda like one of sexist assholes that no one wants to hang out with, and a lot of his dialogue consists of him ratting on girls. (Mainly Lylac.)


3. Compare the match-ups of 1 & 8 and 5 & 9. (Ignore canon sexual preferences for the moment.) Which couple would be more compatible? Which couple would be more plausible to people from either principal's home culture?

Lieano and Noble, and Mellow and Yoigo. Well, these are some interesting match-ups. I'd have to say that Lieano and Noble are the most compatible. Mellow and Yoigo are just..on opposite ends of the spectrum. Hmm..I guess I probably see Mellow and Yoigo in a sleep over setting. Yoigo (provided he had opposable thumbs) braiding Mellow's hair or something. But I'm really struggling with an image of them in a romantic setting. Noble and Lieano, however, are both very loyal and mostly down to Earth people (Noble a tad more than Lee.) And they're both pretty romantic in retrospect soo...I could work out. <<

4. Your team is 3, 4 & 9. The mission consists of a social challenge, a mental challenge and a physical challenge. Which team member do you assign to each challenge?

Kal, Zipp and Yoigo. Hey, this works out pretty neatly. Yoigo would be social, Kal would be mental and Zipp would be physical. Yoigo is social because out of these three, he'd the heart. He's good with dealing with others problems. No, he's not an extrovert and wouldn't go out of his way to be sociable, but at least he can deal with it once it happens. Unlike Kal who doesn't function well in a group. She's book smart, so she'd get the mental pretty easily since she doesn't always do well with people and she's not much for physical activities. Zipp would be physical because at least he has physical prowess. XD He could, truthfully, do any of the three probably, but I like to think of him as the strong silent type a lot, so that's where he fits. Like a puzzle piece. Mmm.

5. 7 becomes 1's boss for a week in some plausible fashion. How's their working relationship?

Lylac becomes Lieano's boss. YES. OMG. I don't even care about how it happened, the fact that it did is AWESOME. XD Get it? 'Cause Lylac is Lieano's pet, she's lived under Lee's rule her whole life, so to finally have the tables turned, omg, Lylac would drive this home. XD She would EXHAUST poor Lee. On the exterior, it'd look pretty harsh, but they'd still be best friends by the end of the day. Harass each other at work, then go out to get drinks or something. Yup. It'd be awesome.

6. 2 finds him/her/itself inserted into 6's continuity. As far as anyone other than 2 or 6 is concerned, they've always been there. What role would 2 be presumed to have had in 6's story, and could they fit in without going wonky?

Todd finds himself in Yuui's story. [Forgetting the fact that everyone on the list is from the same story. -cough-] Fortunately, these characters have little interaction in canon, so now I can make shit up that will probably eventually become canon. XD Well, since Craig left Todd, he's looking for a new mentor, someone tough to look up to. Wa-la, enter Yuui. Dashing young hero with a seemingly awesome past. Todd latches himself to Yuui becoming a little brother. Yuui relishes in the attention. Yaaaaay~ Todd = Ego booster. XD

7. 3 and 5 get three wishes. The catch is that they have to agree on all three wishes before they get the benefits of any of them. What three wishes would they make?

Kalypso and Mellow. o.o Oh lawdy. Well, hoping that Mellow that doesn't get wish happy and take it all from Kaly, they'd decide to split two of the wishes. Individually, Mellow would probably wish for something along the lines of infinite beauty (Or, if she's having a good day, infinite protection for her pets). Kaly would wish for something practical like a good job, or something in the real world that would benefit her. The third wish could be pretty easily decided. Sadly enough, they'd both wish for Kaly to leave and live a more peaceful life. As Lieano's super best friend, Mellow feels slightly threatened by Kaly's appearance in the second story, and Kaly just doesn't like the hectic life that the others lead so... There.

8. 1 and 2 are brainwashed by a one-time artifact that works even on people immune to mind control to attack and kill 4. They keep their normal personality, skills and competence level, except any Code vs. Killing has been turned off. Can 4 survive? How?

Lieano and Todd are brainwashed to kill Zipp. Physically, they stand no chance. Zipp kicks their ass and then angsts about it.

9. 6, 7, 9 & 10 must help an orphanage full of small and depressed children have a merry Christmas. Who does what, knowing that at the very least the kids will be expecting a visit from Santa?

Yuui, Lylac, Yoigo and Future. Yoigo and Lylac are elves and they're adorable about it. 8D (For real, I have the cutest mental image.) Yuui is Santa's helper since he's the oldest (and, ya know, the only human on the list.) That leaves poor Future with the Santa job. 8D I chose Future not because he'd make a good Santa, actually for the completely opposite reason. xD I just love the mental image. In all reality, Yuui would be Santa, because of his natural charisma.

10. 3 and 8 are challenged to circumnavigate the Earth in eighty days or less, using only forms of transportation invented before 1900. Can they do it, or will they be fatally distracted by side quests or their own personality conflicts?

Kalypso and Noble. Actually, this could work. Kalypso is very smart and resourceful and she's not easily distracted. She doesn't have a lot of angst or anything at all to worry about. And Noble is pretty good at adventuring. If any trouble came to them, he'd able to fight them off. They'd make a good 'Brains and Brawn' team. -nod-

Probably...Lapis. I mean, I love the guy to death, don't get me wrong. He's just so damned hard to write for... And he had to go make himself a main character. XD;

Connor, Novi and Flim. I can't decide who to narrow it down to...

5) Which OC would you want to date if they magically came to life?
None of them 'cause their my chilluns. o.o XD Nah, let's see... Connor fer sure. Zipp if he was human and Kaly probably. She's cool.

6) How many girl OCs do you have? Boy OCs? It OCs?
o-o You're kidding right? I have a thousand of each. XD No its though! I mean, there are a few that are questionable, but I'm pretty sure everyone swings one way or the other.

7) If you were stuck in a burning building what do you think the third OC on your list would do?
Freak out and call the police. I don't know if he'd try to rescue me (he probably would if I mean that much to him), but he'd definitely call the authorities first. He's smart like that. :3

8) Name one thing you regret about one of your OCs.
Well, from that list, there are a few minor things that stick out to me. I guess one that I can say more clearly would be how young Todd is. I have such a problem with age and keeping everyone relative (especially in F2, even though he's not in F2). But he's one of those characters that I want to work on making just slightly older and more mature.

9) Which of your OCs do you think would make the best father/mother/it parent out of all your OCs and why??
Connor and Zipp. They're both so responsible and loving. Their emotions are their greatest value and they put a lot of commitment into their relationships and family. Plus, I'm really loving the image of Zipp as a father. *-* That's too many kinds of adorable.

10) Which of your OCs do you think will most likely be put in jail?
Novi. 'Cause, ya know, she's been in jail. Several times. For being a gypsy and a mercenary and all that. XD;

11) The eighth of your OCs was put into the future! What will their job be?!?
Todd gets a job?! o.o He's a stay at home mommy. :3 Maybe he'd work part time with Kauvara or something... Or help out in the Omelette shop... OOH! Or a petpet daycare!

12) Name the first OCs catch phrase!
...."Yeah?! Well I hated you first!" o.o; -shrug-

13) Do all your OCs live together or are they separated?
Depends on the story. Todd and Zipp live together. Fox, Novi and Lapis technically do too since they live in the same castle.

14) Are there any pairings that are in your OC list? (they can't be with someone else's)
ZIPPXTODD 4EVER!!!! XD; Don't ask me about it, please. It will only hurt your ears.

15) Your seventh OC switched bodies with you for a day! How will they react at the end of the day?
Omg she'd feel so dirty. XD She'd probably just go through the day with a constant, "What the hell kind of life is this crazy person living?" attitude and come out totally scared or something. xD (Meanwhile I'd be scaring the shit out of all her friends. XDD They'd all think she'd gone insane or something.)

16) Your last OC just became a fifteen year old. What do they do?
...Wait, he's already like 15 years old. o.o;

17) Now randomly select a person on your OC list. Who was it?
Flim 'cause he's gotten very little lovin' so far.

18) That OC you just chose? Yeah they think they are superman (even if they are a girl) and are on the roof about to jump off.
Um, well he spreads his wings and flies. o.o Yay for being a Guardian Angel! ((Btw, he totally does think he's Superman. He even put on a cape and wore his undies on the outside of his pants. Yu will burn the undies later.))

Yeah. Like, half of them. XD Novi, Lapis, and Kaly. And Connor, Zipp and Fox just don't care. XD

20) Would your second OC prefer the beach or the mountains?
Um..Mountains? He seems like the kind of guy that would enjoy the fresh air and stuff.

21) Would your 5th OC battle a shark?
Yes and he'd lose. o-o;

22) Which OCs hate each other?
Novi hates everyone. Sooo....I guess that includes Fox and Lapis since they're in the same story. X3

Flim. Aaaand, I think that'd be Kalypso.

Oh. Good question. Well, Flim doesn't fight girls, so despite his obvious magical edge, I guess Kalypso would by default. XD

Well, Todd would still have some baby fat, Kaly has some decently succulent curves, and Flim is a lazy ass who wears baggy clothes concealing lord knows what. But everyone else is in pretty good shape. ^^

27) What are your first 2 OC's favorite foods?
Novi really likes meat and...whatever she can get her gypsie paws on. Lapis really likes cake. Because of the memories. ^^

28) If your listed OCs were in a fight to the death, who would emerge victorious?
Novi would slaughter them all. She's a ninja like that. (Actually that's a lie. But I refrain from the real answer for non-spoiler purposes. <<

29) There's a zombie attack and your OCs are stranded. Who do they elect to be their leader?
Zipp because he's level headed and he'd know how to use everyone to the best of their abilities without freaking out or getting a big head over the power.

30) During said zombie attack, who's the first to die?
Flim or Kalypso for different reason. Kaly because she'd be totally useless and/or wouldn't know what to do and panic a little. Flim 'cause he's an idiot and would try to be bait or something stupid. XD

31) Which one of these OCs do you think would have the most fangirls/boys?
Hopefully Connor. Because he's the cutest seme in the world, always looking out for his uke and he's got delicious good looks, he's on the basketball team, and he's just an all around sweetie pie. X3 And, ya know, the gay thing.

32) Okay, so does OC number four have any last thoughts?
Eat your vegetables, stay in school, and don't paint your pets with colors that you don't recognize.

33) If possible, what's your characters' height?
I don't know. o.o But i can probably put them in height order from shortest to tallest.
